Frequently Asked Questions On Home Tuition

  • Can I change the tutor if I am dissatisfied after the lesson is conducted?
    Yes, you may change the tutor. Contact us and we will arrange and introduce a replacement tutor. Please note that for tuition lessons cancelled within the first month, the client is obliged to pay the tuition fees for the lessons that have been conducted until the point of termination.
  • Do you have authorization to offer an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grades 9-12)?
    Yes, we are authorized to offer an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grades 9-12).
  • Is there a contract between you and the tutor?
    No. There is no contract binding you to the tutor. You are allowed to terminate the tuition lessons should you find the tutor ineffective and feedback is welcome. WhatsApp us for a tutor replacement should there be a change in schedule or tuition rate. We do encourage you to give the tutor a 1-month probation period to develop a favourable learning environment for the student.
  • Does the school have a location in Ontario?
    Yes, our primary campus is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
  • Can I request for a specific tutor?
    You may request a specific tutor. Using our Browse Tutor portal, you can have a look at our tutors and submit the request. Any request for a specific tutor is subject to the tutor’s availability and the rates indicated on the tutor’s profile is subject to change.
  • Do you have the authority to offer credit courses to high school students?
    Yes, the school has been assigned a BSID number by the Ministry and is listed as a private school on the Ministry website.
  • Does the school provide credit courses for international students?
    Yes, we provide high-quality education to both local and international students, delivered by qualified and highly experienced professors.
  • Does the school provide online credit courses with qualified teachers?
    Yes, we have expert teachers who monitor student progress and conduct weekly Zoom meetings to support their learning.
  • How can I request for a tutor?
